Pre-loved made easy, if something isn’t right, we’ll sort it.
Our approach
We quality-check and describe every item honestly. If a product arrives not as described, faulty on arrival, or damaged in transit, we’ll repair, replace (when possible), or refund.
This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
What we accept

Not as described / faulty on arrival – eligible for refund, replacement or repair.

Damaged in transit – we’ll lodge a claim and resolve it with you.
Change of mind: Because our items are pre-loved and often one-of-a-kind, we don’t offer change-of-mind returns.
Timeframes

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery/pickup and include your order number, a brief description and clear photos of any issue.

We’ll respond within 2 business days with next steps.
How to start a return

Email us: admin@limegreen-mouse-808200.hostingersite.com with order number + photos.

We’ll confirm eligibility and provide a prepaid label if the return is due to our error or a transit issue.

Pack securely (ideally in the original packaging) and lodge the parcel.

Once received and assessed, we’ll process your outcome within 3–5 business days.
Refunds & replacements

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (or store credit if you prefer).

If a like-for-like replacement isn’t available (common with pre-loved), we’ll offer store credit or a refund.
Costs

If the return is due to our error, a fault, or transit damage, we cover reasonable return shipping.

If an item is returned used, incomplete or damaged beyond the reported issue, we may adjust or decline the refund.
Market purchases & pickups

The same policy applies—please contact us within 7 days with your receipt details and photos.
Exclusions

Items clearly sold “as-is” or noted with specific flaws that match the listing.

Damage from misuse, water, sand, or modifications after delivery.

Lost parts after delivery.

Gift cards.
