Simple options to get your toys fast, post or local pickup.

Delivery options

  • Standard Post (AU-wide) — Tracked postage via Australia Post or courier.

  • Express Post (AU-wide) — Tracked express where available.

  • Local Pickup (Victoria Point, QLD 4165) — Arrange a time after checkout; we’ll email confirmation.

  • Market Pickup — Collect from our next market stall; choose at checkout and we’ll confirm date/location.

Timeframes

  • Orders are packed within 1–2 business days.

  • Standard delivery: 2–8 business days (metro faster; regional may take longer).

  • Express delivery: 1–3 business days to most metro areas.

Shipping rates

  • Calculated at checkout based on weight/size and destination.

  • Any free/flat-rate promos apply automatically when eligible.

Packaging

  • We reuse clean packaging where possible to reduce waste.

Tracking & updates

  • You’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking for all posted orders.

Problems with delivery

  • If your parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photos so we can help quickly.
