The essentials about donating, partnering and how we handle your toys.

What items do you accept?

Complete, working toys in good to excellent condition. Think building sets, puzzles, ride-ons, STEM, pretend play and baby/toddler activity toys. We’re unable to accept soft toys right now.

Can proceeds go to a charity partner?

Yes. Eligible sales can direct funds to partners such as Bayside Salvos – Houses of Hope, Redland Bay Men’s Shed or Share the Dignity.

How does consignment work and what’s the split?

We promote your items online and at markets. When they sell, proceeds are shared on a 60/40 basis.

Do you run workplace toy drives?

Yes. We collaborate with workplaces on drives that collect quality, working toys and raise awareness of reuse.

What happens to items not suited to sale?

Safe items may be donated through partners; where possible, we repair or replace parts to keep toys in play and out of landfill.
